There are changes for 2021 to the Official Pickleball Rule Book from the USA Pickleball Association. The “let” rule has been eliminated. Meaning that there are no more LETS on the serve. If during the serve, the ball hits the net but lands in the opponents correct side of the court, and not in the kitchen, it is a playable ball. No more TAKE OVERS. If someone calls a FAULT and stops the play, they lose the serve, or if the opponents yell LET during the serve, the serving side gains a point.
